During the Meeting the Members of the Committee stressed that the Bill (Reg.№2599) suggests the regulation of the issues on concession of the necessary information to the consumers of the tourism services and determines the real conditions of the Agreement on the tourism service etc. In Particular the Bill envisages the expulsion of the item 23 of the current law on the possibility of the entering into a contract (voucher) for the tourism and excursion service.
